Finnish Project for Winter War

Posted by Paul Walker on September 13, 2016 at 10:20 AM Comments comments (0)

For the 9th year Dunfermline Wargaming and Roleplaying Fellowship (D.W.A.R.F) will present Winter War, our annual charity event.

Over the last 8 years the generosity of the community has enabled us to raise over £11000 for 4 different charities.

This year we will be supporting Bloodwise, a Blood Cancer Charity and FairyBricks a charity which supplies LEGO to children in hospital.

To support the club this I will be painting up a 1000pt Finnish army (themed for Winter War of course) and offering it up for raffle at Winter War. Once it is up and finnished (pardon the pun) we will offer tickets for raffle online and at the event itself. One lucky winner will take away the Army (or have it posted to them).

Here a few pictures of the start ot the mission showing most of the models before I start painting them.
